# LOVEMOB: A Truly LIVE Gig Review

After two gigs in France, LOVEMOB come home to all the love in the world! A band made of four musicians George on vocals and guitar, Alix on bass, Greg skilfully juggling synth, keys and guitar and of course Dean on drums. With admittedly wildly different tastes in music this band comes together to make heavy, well written bangers beloved by fans and new listeners alike!

LOVEMOB seem to be a fixture of the local music scene, championing their rehearsal and event space B.U.M.S (Barrow underground music society). Working light and sound for other bands, the space is made special by the people within.   
Well suited to their name, the LOVEMOB relationships with one another comes through heavily in the way they play. The fun they have with each other, with the music makes engaging with them irresistible. The whole venue pulsed with energy both from the band and the audience, where you'd usually find people on their phones at gigs there wasn't one to be seen!

As someone who lives at gigs this was so refreshing to see, or rather not to see!   
Overall the LOVEMOB throw a fantastic set and despite a split second of unidentified reverb at the beginning of their "A Forrest" cover by "The Cure" the lads were amazing!   

A night of respectful mosh pits and buckets of love from a band that clearly work so hard, both as musicians and members of their community, giving back all they can to the People and venue that started it all!
